Alexander P. Adeszko

Founding Partner, Alexander Adeszko, is a seasoned litigator, representing clients from inception of a case through trial. Even before graduating law school, Mr. Adeszko recognized litigation was his passion, and representing catastrophically injured individuals against insurance companies is more than simply a profession. Mr. Adeszko has wholly dedicated his legal career to representing injured Plaintiffs, and strives to provide a level of client service above that found with the typical Chicago personal injury attorney. 

Mr. Adeszko recognizes that litigation can understandably be a difficult and stressful time for clients and their families following an already traumatic injury. Lack of communication and minimal time spent with an attorney are just two of the most common complaints heard from clients not properly cared for at prior firms. Mr. Adeszko’s practice focuses on serious injury cases sustained in slip/trip and fall incidents; motor vehicle collisions; negligent product design, manufacture and use injuries; construction negligence, as well as substantial life and homeowner’s insurance claims. Mr. Adeszko is licensed to practice law in the State of Illinois, but regularly works with local attorneys nationwide in obtaining justice on behalf of his clients. When not in Court, Mr. Adeszko enjoys spending time with his wife and dog, traveling, exploring Chicago’s ever-changing restaurant scene, and is an avid Chicago sports fan. Bear down.
