  • Janice Flores

    Office Manager

    Janice Flores joined Adeszko, Abate & Green in 2023 as a Workers’ Compensation Case Manager. She received her Associates Degree in Paralegal Studies in 2015 from Northwestern Business College. Ms. Flores has 8 years of experience primarily focusing on Workers’ Compensation and Personal Injury cases. Ms. Flores is fluent in both English and Spanish.

    Ms. Flores is very family oriented, and outside of the office she enjoys spending time with her husband and 5 children. When not assisting our clients, Ms. Flores can typically be found watching her kids at their baseball games, dance recitals or gymnastics classes.

  • Andy McCoy

    Case Manager

    Andy joined Adeszko, Abate & Green as a Case Manager in April of 2024. He previously obtained a Bachelor’s degree in both Political Science and Criminal Justice from the University of Central Missouri in Warrensburg, Missouri in 2018. Andy has always felt at home in the legal field coming from a family of lawyers. He has previous experience as a Case Manager in the social security disability field in the Kansas City, Missouri area, before moving to Chicago and working for a Plaintiff’s personal injury firm in the same role. Andy has found a niche in Plaintiff’s personal injury work, where he enjoys assisting clients with cases from inception through resolution, and is skilled at handling cases throughout the litigation process.

    When not helping clients, Andy’s hobbies include watching his favorite Kansas City sports teams, traveling, and spending time with his family.
