Justin M. Green

Founding Partner, Justin Green, has spent his career representing injured workers and their families. Mr. Green has successfully litigated numerous cases before the Illinois Worker’s Compensation Commission as well as handled numerous appeals to the Illinois Circuit Court. Mr. Green has also successfully obtained hundreds of settlements for his clients through his knowledge of the law and unique no-nonsense approach to negotiations. Mr. Green’s attention to detail and creative legal strategies ensures his client no only receive a check at the end of their case, but also piece of mind for their future. 

Mr. Green earned his Bachelor of Arts at Indiana University and law degree from Western Michigan, Thomas Cooley Law School. Mr. Green is licensed to practice law in the State of Illinois. Mr. Green is an active member of the Illinois State Bar Association and Worker’s Compensation Lawyers Association. Mr. Green also has experience litigating personal injury and medical malpractice cases. 

Outside of work, Mr. Green enjoys spending time with his wife and three children, playing golf and traveling.  Mr. Green is a native of New Jersey and is an avid New York Giants, New York Mets and New York Knicks
